Tired of all these foreign diamonds, which have ties to violence in Africa. Let's dig up some good old American diamonds!
(Sarcasm, people, just demonstrating that no matter how much we drill, we just don't have enough oil here in the USA. Canada has a ton tho)Drilling oil is a great idea! How about we mine for diamonds too?
You are showing your lack of knowledge; we have American diamond mines in Arkansas and in Alaska. We have enough oil in our nation to be totally independent of foreign oil. Please don鈥檛 let people tell you what to think and test everything you here from the left.Drilling oil is a great idea! How about we mine for diamonds too?
It's funny that you mention Canada and oil in the same sentence..with all the talk of foreign oil, especially during the US election, not one person has mentioned, to my knowledge, that Canada is the largest supplier of foreign oil to the US. Could iT be that the US owns most of the oil complanies in Canada and therefore dismisses Canadian oil as practically domestic oil??....they just NEVER mention Canada and we are your biggest trading partner...its always Europe, Japan, China and Australia....not a mention of Canada...go figure....we have 2 or 3 big diamond mines now in the far North also.
We do mine diamonds here ,Topic is we need to drill in anuar and the gulf of mexico has plenty besides natural gas enough we wouldn't need any one Else's oil at all! Totally self reliant that would be the goal and the price would drop threw the floor too!
But... there are diamonds in parts of the U.S. Kimberlite has been found in streambeds in Arkansas and Kansas. So chances are, there ARE diamonds under our soil somewhere. Sorry... better pick another wacky analogy just in case somebody finds that pipe and we can quit buying from Sierra Leone.
So.....exactly what kind of education and degree do you have which makes you a expert on oil drilling here in America? I have heard from the best in the business who say actually we do have plenty of oil here.
No one depends on diamonds to fuel their vehicles...
{start sarcasm] sure, why not [end sarcasm]
Some people just dont get it.
Good idea but they should be for the people
