And this is good. They have oil, but don't want to risk a spill. These are the same tree huggers that burn more gasoline than any other state! I guess it's O.K. if they get their oil from our backyards!

because the rich people do not like to look out to sea and see the oil rigs from there expencive beach houses they have made it a political no no to drill offshore.


Yet they still insist on driving there big gas guzzeling cars so we have to go to the midel east and buy there oil.
Its not a good idea in any way and it was done prior to 1950 or so. The oil can be made from trash and more than meet the future needs what ever they are. Almost 50% of the trash that is dumped into landfills can be made into high grade oil and by not dumping trash into landfills a lot of greenhouse gas is not being generated at landfills. Its much better to begin the process od making oil than poking more holes in the ground for it don't you think?
