Some liberal folks have pointed out that instead of tax dollars, it is basically a government secured loan. And I believe that is true. However, what I find interesting is the hypocrisy of promoting offshore oil drilling in a foreign country but are adamantly against the same thing here. Source, please. By that, I mean show us a knowledgeable and unbiased link stating that tax money--anyone's--was used to fund Soros's investment in Petrobras or is being used to fund drilling in Tupi.
The liberals don't know anything about this incident. Why? Because the liberal media has not reported it. All they going to do, is call you a liar for making up this story. If NBC don't report it, they don't believe it.

Being that oil futures hit a high today this year @ $74, the more supply the better. I can't afford gas prices going back up to $5/gallon.

Liberalism is about tax money funding the public good. Conservatives are about the using of public tax dollars to fund the private accumulation of wealth. Obama is Bush.
