Correct there is already a backlog of oil supplies awaiting to be refined. Oil Refinery in this country haven't been built out our manipulation for the purpose of price gauging. In addition; why are the consumers in California ask to change their fuel type from summer to winter grade? Does that make since?





Furthermore; ask why the Oil Companies aren't already drilling on the 80% government leased land. Supposedly its less than 40% being tapped into. Opening more government land for drilling is a ';Red-herring';; and ill pandering tactic utilized during our election year. Do the research?
